Talk to fi - your emotional hotspot

We believe guided conversations heal. That’s why our mediators show up as your caring, emotionally intelligent 'friends' - ready to walk with you through the everyday highs, lows, and in-betweens.

Get fi'ed up!

Because sometimes, what you need isn’t therapy, jargon, or diagnosis.
All you simply need is a friend indeed

Gift yourself a conversation that matters.

If we're all this... then what are we NOT?

NOT Therapy
Therapy is powerful and cannot be substituted. But not everyone is ready for diagnoses, clinical terms, or heavy financial commitments. fi gives you the buoyancy you need - lighter, more human, yet deeply supportive.

NOT Venting Space
Venting can feel good in the moment, but it rarely leaves you with clarity. Our conversations are two-way, enriching, and designed to help you actually make sense of what you feel.

NOT Peer Support
With peers, it can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes helpful, sometimes not. With fi, every conversation is guided by a trained mediator who knows how to truly hold space for you.

Say hi to friend indeed

The Leadership

Puneeth is driven by the belief that emotional support can be structured, accessible, and transformative. As a Senior Scientist in Biotechnological Research and Development, his journey into mental wellness began after witnessing the emotional gaps people face when therapy feels too clinical, and friendly advice falls short.

Guided by his conviction that mental health support should be stigma-free, proactive, and affordable, he built Friend Indeed with psychologists to bridge the space between listening and healing.

Beyond work, Puneeth is a die-hard SRK fan who finds joy in movies, music and long conversations. He hopes to travel to every corner of India before exploring the world. His guiding principle is simple yet powerful: "The world needs help, and everyone can help someone in their own little way."
