All voluntarily provided data will be retained for a maximum period of three years from the date of collection.
After this period, such data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless required by law to be preserved longer.

Session Privacy
No session will be video or audio recorded by Friend Indeed.
Detailed written records of sessions (session notes) will be maintained solely for audit, training, safety, and quality assurance purposes.
Such records shall be accessible only to assigned mediators, authorized supervisors and executives on a strict need-to-know basis.
Session/s data may be recorded (audio/video) for training and quality audit purposes, only after prior approval from the clients. Confidentiality of such recordings will be maintained unless legal, ethical, or public safety exceptions apply.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, you acknowledge and accept that no system is entirely foolproof and that we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted electronically.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may engage third-party service providers for the following, but not limited to:
Payment processing.
Scheduling and video conferencing.
Cloud storage, CRM, and email communication.

Friend Indeed is not a substitute for psychotherapy, clinical counselling, or emergency services.
If we identify situations involving risk of harm to self or others, we may escalate the matter to the emergency contact or relevant authorities, consistent with applicable law.
Client Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational limitations. You may also withdraw your consent, subject to consequences. Such requests may be sent to support@friendindeed.in.
Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you agree that Friend Indeed shall not be held liable for:
