• No session will be video or audio recorded by Friend Indeed.

• Such records shall be accessible only to assigned mediators, authorized supervisors and executives on a strict need-to-know basis.

• Session/s data may be recorded (audio/video) for training and quality audit purposes, only after prior approval from the clients. Confidentiality of such recordings will be maintained unless legal, ethical, or public safety exceptions apply.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, you acknowledge and accept that no system is entirely foolproof and that we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted electronically.

• Scheduling and video conferencing.

• If we identify situations involving risk of harm to self or others, we may escalate the matter to the emergency contact or relevant authorities, consistent with applicable law.
