At Friend Indeed, we understand that plans may change and we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all clients and mediators. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Single Sessions
  • Rescheduling is allowed only 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
  • A single session may not be cancelled.
  • No refunds will be issued for single sessions once booked.

• Monthly Plans (4 Weeks)
  • Each plan includes 4 weekly sessions.
  • A maximum of one session per month may be rescheduled within the same week.
  • The monthly plan will automatically conclude after 4 weeks, and unused sessions cannot be carried forward.

• Quarterly Plans (12 Weeks)
  • Each plan includes 12 weekly sessions.
  • A maximum of three sessions per quarter may be rescheduled within the same week.
  • The quarterly plan will automatically conclude after 12 weeks, and unused sessions cannot be carried forward.

• Unattended Sessions
  • If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice and rescheduling 24 hours in advnace, that session will be marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Refund Policy

• General Rule
  All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Exceptional Circumstances
  • In rare and exceptional situations, Friend Indeed may consider a partial refund at its sole discretion.
  • If approved, the value of sessions already completed will be deducted from the plan price.
  • A flat service fee of ₹200 will also be deducted.

  •Once 4 or more sessions have been completed in the quarterly plan, the service fee increases to ₹300 to account for administrative costs, mediator scheduling commitments, and the greater impact of cancellations on the quarterly plan structure.
  • Refunds are not applicable once more than 50% of the sessions in a monthly or quarterly subscription have been completed.
  • If a client misses, cancels, or reschedules a booked session without adequate notice (minimum 24 hours), the fee shall be forfeited.
  • Friend Indeed reserves the right to modify pricing and refund policies at any time, and updated policies shall apply prospectively.

• No Refunds for Policy Violations
  If services are suspended or terminated due to misuse, misconduct, or violation of our Terms of Use, no refunds will be issued for any unused or ongoing sessions.

Important Notes

• Rescheduling is always subject to mediator availability.

• Plans are time-bound: Monthly plans conclude in 4 weeks and Quarterly plans in 12 weeks. Unused sessions cannot be extended beyond this period.

• Refund requests, if any, must be made in writing to our support team at support@friendindeed.in.
